The US domestic supply of organic grains is falling short as demand increases. Organic farmers cite barriers that include a lack of understanding about buyers' preferences. This publication presents findings of a research article published in 2020. Farmers can use this information to consider how to approach marketing of grains and better understand the expectations of different types of buyers.
